Jessica Tobin

        As an artists Jessica's paintings and drawings have progressed from figuration through landscapes and into abstraction. With abstract gestures and representational impulses her works explore how visual language can create conceptual relationship and worlds.

​

         Jessica Tobin has studied studio arts in Barcelona, Spain and New York City. She received a B.F.A from Hunter College, NYC. During this time Jessica was awarded the prestigious Kossak Painting Fellowship. Jessica has participated in residencies and exhibited regionally and internationally. ​

       Jessica currently resides in Manhattan, where she is an MFA candidate at The School of Visual Arts. New York, with her husband,daughter and beloved dog LuLu.
